Our Technology

ReenBio’s duel pathway technology is rooted in nature’s own chemistry. We study how valuable food ingredient molecules are produced in nature, then replicate these processes using cutting-edge biotechnology — enzymatic biosynthesis and precision fermentation — with agricultural residues as our raw material.

Step 1: Study Biosynthesis Pathways In Nature

We study the biosynthesis pathways of production of food ingredient molecules occurring in nature, identify the key precursors and the enzymatic or microbial processes behind them.

Step 2: Identify Agricultural Residues With Containing Those Precursors

We identify and source those natural precursors directly from agricultural residues and crop by-products — turning waste streams into valuable raw materials.

Step 3: Biosynthesis: Turn Agricultural Materials Into Sutaible Precursors

Biggest challanges biosynthetic innovaions face, are usage of highly pure ingredient which make them impossible to scale. We adot dynamic technology which is a unique combination of enzyme biosynthesis, fermentation and green chemistry to turn agricultural wastes into most suitable form of precursors for fermentation. This makes us scalable at most affordable cost.

REENBIO, has developed a bank of over 180 naturally occuring microbial strains identified, sourced and cultured from around the world to do the desired task at common industrial conditions.
