What is BioVan?

BioVan is produced through ReenBio’s proprietary biofermentation platform, converting sustainably sourced non-food organic substrates into high-purity natural vanillin — chemically and sensory-identical to vanilla-bean-derived vanillin.

Unlike synthetic vanillin (which cannot carry a “natural” label) or conventional vanilla extracts (subject to severe supply constraints and climate risk), BioVan is 100% naturally produced via fermentation, fully compliant with EU & US natural flavouring regulations.
